I've been following this pretty closely. The resignation of the CFO during a time of acquisition is definitely something that stimulates quite a lot of anxiety. However, he also left his position at LIN a day later. While we are both drawing lines in the sand, I am leaning to the reality that he left for innocuous reasons or simply didn't fit the mould of the company. Again, just how I see it. The fact of the matter is, we will leave suspension in the solid 5c range, or exist in the 2c area.
I hold the stock and am quietly hopeful, but my patience is getting tested. Perhaps call VRC and see if they can offer any further detail?
