Serious lack of empathy with customer

    I think the think tfat strikes me with the ASX management is the serious lack of empathy with the retail shareholder as if they are not a customer.. One of the most obvious is the dividend announcement format. Its unbelievably unreadable. just a linear list of questions where all you want is the dividend the record date, ex-date and amount of dividend and franking as the 5 most important pieces of information, and yet you have to scroll up and down like insurance fine print. its just not a customer focussed organisation. Its all like that.. forms that dont give you key information to the readership quicky. For gods sake , the 5 pieces of info should be compulsory in the announcement subject line.
