Apparently Biden plagiarised a speech by the UK labour leader Neil Kinnock in his 1988 campaign. Lots of mud will be flying soon. Republicans specialise in smear and innuendo. Democrats seem to fight with white gloves.
McCain has a lot of skeletons in the closet if they go after him but he's considered untouchable because he's a war hero in the US psyche. In his biography he admits he was dropping bombs on civilian and industrial areas in Hanoi - about 2 million were killed during the Vietnam war - which isnt exactly heroic. And after he was released he advocated bombing them more which makes him certifiably crazy imo.
