I think we are seeing a couple of different causes for todays rise:

Firstly, institutional buyer or analyst/broker upgrade causing price to be pushed up to 15.5 c.

Once price hit 15.5c, the short term traders kicked into action with automated conditional buy orders, pushing the price up further. Look at the number of different buy orders executed within a few seconds as soon as the price hit 15.5c
