    Thanks Jonesw - you are probably right, although the sale is on hold whilst the litigation goes on so I gather they cannot put value on it at the moment.

    I cannot wait to vote no and I hope all holders on HC do the same - this is a cheap sellout IMO and is of very dubious value to CUR holders.
