Akita... Hi Azzz, don't pop the champagne cork just yet, this is only an approval to amend AVL's current Environmental Referral/Review Document. The changes (as you can see) are not major and should not materially affect the final ERD/EPA approval timeline (which is still a way off yet). It will go to a 2 week public comment.
