when AVL first pass of a PFS comes out one need to closely look at points of difference with TMT.
We know AVL want to include Co Ni and Cu,,but at what extra cost. TMT are yet to enter this position.
What is more important is the quality of ore...one indicator of the is specific gravity of ore...generally speaking the mixof oxide(weathered)/sulphide(primary). the higher the specific gravity the less oxidized and easier V2O5 extraction .
This is one area where the two **bas differ..hopefully they use the same methodology to calculate..it can differ.
