Even if they operate as separate entities there could always be the possibility of sharing infrastructure and both benefit from that situation all the better.
Remember Windimurra is still on the backburner with getting that plant refurbishedand back into operation. I believe it is now in private hands.
Also remember Daniel Harris was directly involved with that particular project and is on AVL's board.
He is also globally a very highly respected and experienced Vanadium expert.
