ASIC gave info and advices to the ASX with regards to ISX.

ISX also had accepted the suspension open heartedly.

So what do you mean by trying to nail ISX? ASIC is also investigating the same matters that the ASX is investigating based of ISX's own court submission:

ISX's own financial report stated that ASIC was investigating contravention of disclosure, etc etc.

    A. Lose the court case? How? The suspension was based on consultation with ASIC, which is an overseer of the ASX. The pending ISX court case is on "procedural fairness". Stop and think for a second here...which part of the suspension is unfair? Literally none. Like I have mentioned before, I believe the court case is merely a delay tactic so ISX can move its asset to the NSX (company). According to the SOR, ISX had already broken listing rules. The court case presumably is the only thing stopping ISX from getting delisted. If you want to consider the possibility that the ASX loses the court case then you would also have to consider the possibility of the ASX winning.

    B. ASIC investigation clears ISX? Then you would have to consider the possibility that ASIC may decide to litigate.

    C. You would have to consider the possibility that ASX may find major transgressions...especially because it was ASIC that expressed concerns about ISX books and records in the first place.

    D. ASIC finds major transgressions and suddenly everything is fine? What the heck?
