ASX have finite resources. They can't catch every crook. But When information is bought to their attention, they need to act.
it's not all that complicated. Bad behaviour = consequences. ISX are facing consequences. So what if it's from 2018? All the key managers are still there. If there's been some bad behaviour, what are the chances it's only ever occurred on this one specific instance, and would never reoccur?
