The ASCI / ASX tele-conference is all heresay. ASX can state anything was said in the alleged discussions. Unless it's in writing it doesn't exist, Verbal means nothing.

There's is no concrete facts in that statement you keep quoting. Any ASX statements are highly embellished and require further investigation.

ASX has no credibility as the market operator in my eyes, as far as dealings with ISX is concerned. The ASX works under the do as we say, not do as we do rule. Must take there inspiration from a totalitarianism 101 handbook.

One example that relates to the previous paragraph, that can easily be seen, is the asx not publishing isx's reply to the SOR to MAP ~30-4-20. That one action alone says it all. ASX have an agenda, and aren't keeping the market updated as they should be, by keeping the reply document suppressed.
