    When cto does an spp (and they do it very often):
    Does the family put money proportional to their holding or they only send 5000$ like each share holder? If the company raise (for example) 10M$ the family should put 4M$ if they have 40%.

    You would assume that with many spp-s the family holding was diluted...any knowledge?
