benswah - i don't see any problem with the statement or the pre-open status till June 1.
the ASX is (supposedly) running the show - if they decide that PNA should resume normal trading for any reason then they will make that call.
PNA have used the correct grammar to defer to the ASX's power but the timeline issued by PNA almost demands that they stay in pre-open till June 1.
there are plenty of other stocks out there for you to make some money on today - otherwise continue to hold and take up your 28c entitlement.
