Although, given the work has been outsourced to an external company, if they did resolve the technical hurdles then SOR would want to confirm the solution by replicating it in-house via the team at UNSW and perhaps internally via the team at Stealth, before making an announcement. So that would take longer for the news to be made public, although it wouldn’t surprise me if the share price started trending higher prior to the announcement if that was the case.
