Looking at the chart and the announcements it seems that the announcement about the defence work resulted in some reassessment of the value with the shares starting to pick back up slowly after the announcement then jumping on the Monday following. Then settling back down before a push again after the quarterly. The only thing I see from the quarterly is that they are still sitting on a decent amount of cash after all the work they have done this year.
