Anyone know for sure what is happening with UNSW research departments? Are they still operating at the moment?
Given that research is often assisted or undertaken by undergraduates and the likes I can only presume that there is still some work being undertaken in this area.
If not then that would explain why there is yet to be any update on the AAM related projects, ie the memory ink and self charging battery.
WA on the other hand is unaffected so Stealth should be all systems go with their work on the ASV, the weed detector and the defence work.
The resources side, Strategic Materials and Maria Resources appear to remain on the go slow even with the recent withdrawal of opposition to the five permit applications to the south of Leviathan. Even with the withdrawal of opposition those permits are probably still about 5 or 6 months away from grant going on past timeframes.
There is the upcoming PrintoCent Industry Cluster meeting in just under 4 weeks in Finland. I'd love it if SOR presented their self charging battery much as they presented their memory ink demonstrator device at the end of January 2020. Unfortunately everything went haywire after than with international travel, conferences and the likes due to the obvious reason.
