    I jumped back in low 30s.

    Thinking that speeding ticket at start of week might have forces them to delay putting out an announcement. Would have looked sus to announce something after a sudden big rise.

    Maybe let the market settle down, then announce. They could say "oh just some additional testing, or oh just need to go over these contracts a few more times before signing".

    I suspect something tomorrow or Monday... just my thoughts.
