The quarterly made reference to work being done throughout the quarter to finalise an agreement with Honeywell. I had thought that delays may have been due to Honeywell waiting for the ASV II being completed.

But perhaps the sticking point was more to do with the successful integration of the ASV with Honeywell's systems? The following was also stated in the quarterly:

The parties also actively worked together throughout Q3 to further integrate the Stealth ASV technology into the Honeywell EBI (intelligent building automation and enterprise management system with thousands of systems deployed globally).

And with the last bit hinting at the possibility of a more widespread agreement than just for the correctional sector.
