Maybe, maybe not. Innovation patents are a little different. While they do provide some protection they are not independently verified as being patentable at the acceptance stage. If SOR believed someone had used their idea the innovation patents would then go through the audit process at a cost. If determined to be a patentable idea at that stage the sor could go after who ever has used their idea.
so not sure if it is an asx requirement to make an announcement on innovation patents.
on a side note if any investor has a spare couple $100 they can request these patents be reviewed. That way you could access all the information regarding the patent.
