This is a preventive medical test, Australia is not so much into preventive - it prefers cure. Europe is big on preventive thats why the shift into Europe. there are talks continuing these sometimes do take a while, I have being selling in the ups and buying in the lows increase as it falls lower, anything new does takes time - if they prove to be a success overseas I think Australia will accept them easier, if they pull this off they will fly.
but patience is the key, - as well as caution and buying in at the right price.
