The only thing that would make this go green pre FIRB approval is if the chairman and madeuspoor sent a letter to shareholders and announced to the market that they were resigning upon completion.
My only concern about FIRB approval stem from the comments cyclops made in that interview with Kohler.......'they want to use this as a vehicle to buy other interests'.
If he keeps his job then there is something awfully wrong.
