I can't agree with that statement unless you had inside information Phil.......

The way these things happen is (assuming it is an Upgrade) the company providing the service will inform CDU that they are about to run the data for the final figure. At which point in time the company calls for a Trading Halt. This is because until that point in time, only individual pieces of data have been seen by individuals - rather than a cumulative total. If you think that you can take a million pieces of data in your head and come up with a figure you are wrong - and that is assuming that only one operator had access to all of the pieces of data.

Different matter once the cumulation program is run, that produces a figure from which one can act.

Moral of the story here is CDU likely received the cumulative figure this morning, not two days ago, and if you can definitely say they have had it for two days you are espousing inside information. I don't think that is the case.
