Pippacat, AVO 'operating costs' are at $452. Therefore the capital costs are not included as is often the case. Last AVO annoucement also states that the 'royalties' arnt included either, whereas RMS did include it.
I am not an AVO expert though and dont follow AVO and so would be happy if someone out there knows the split in operating as well as the capital costs.
