    I would imagine that RCR's "EST. PRICE IF LIGHT REO'S (Ce and La) SUFFER 80% PRICE FALL" would be the most realistic scenario.

    You need to do the math, without the lightest of light REE, the magnet 5, is where the bucks are, a tight market there for quite a while, one would imagine.
