-World Class REE deposit at Nolans
-Mine life 20years+, production 20kpta RE's
-interesting one here is the valuation based on REO at US$40/kg is A$4.15, the REO at the moment is approx $220/kg
-the extended BFS will derisk the project and simplify by-products
-talk of required Capital raising will and has obviously kept the share price low
There are other assumptions they make with regards to further dilution and the fx rates for the AUD, lot's of things in play, but as I said this seems a very very conservative valuation.
