    yes he is right abt 150 million vaulation only problem is we have liability to the tune one 100 million plus making this a very risking spec in present condition. assets minus liabities i reckon CCC is worth based on its last few quarters and loss of 47 million i fair vaule is 50 million IMO anything over that is expensive
