The net value of the assets owned by PRL is far above the MC.
It seems that simply asset stripping PRL and returning the cash to shareholders would be a big improvement on current fortunes.
Plus drilling stopped just days before the potential gusher.
It's a strange situation, which obviously rattles SH's on this board. The company is absolutely worth a lot more, and if management can do something useful, it will trigger a dramatic recovery.
