I spoke to the chief in about 0ctober 14 and suggested the fact of renumeration being adjusted. Given there is little going on, i see it realistic renumeration needs to be adjusted or foregone otherwise all cap raisings are going into his pocket. He was quite harsh in his reaction and has no care for this consideration.
