PRU, RRL, RSG, OGC all up about 2-3%, so there is hope for us today.
Also the HUI and GDX were up a bit, while the GDXJ still stank. Which sort of makes sense because we expect the better golies to react first.
The goldies could be starting to bottom, for the time being, because they are priced as if gold were at $USD1200.
The problem is that if the US market really cacks itself then the gold equities will go lower. The one hope then will be for QE, assuming that the US economy is in more trouble.
