The cap has been there for a couple of weeks, with most of the accumulation occuring at 15c.
Maybe getting as much as they can before, as Don Lewis stated,

"...Deutsche Bank is currently engaged with a range of prospective partners with their target being to recommend the preferred party(s) and financing terms before March/April next year..."

As we are nearly at the end of this period, I would expect some kind of announcement in regard to this shortly or an explanation as to why not.
