The chartists are winning at the moment against all the great positive fundamental info that keeps being noted here and against the overall market trend.
The reason I believe lies in one fundamental piece of the puzzle that people are underestimating: the effect on retail investors of the NKWE court case debacle and it's fallout, which for many investors has injected a whole lot of uncertainty about investing in South African mining.
This will not be dispelled overnight or even before Xmas, if ever, for many investors - it's easy to take your money somewhere else.
