or maybe he is doing his best? No wonder the market laughed when he said "no more dilution" No wonder the market laughed when he said "expect a partner to join the project" no wonder the market laughed when he said 10 wells in 9 months, no wonder the market laughed when he said "1000barrels per day production". Mo wonder he laughs all the way to the bank. If this isn't mis-informing the market then I dont know what is.
