    Does anyone have any insight into the underwriting?

    Obviously there are just under 20 million shares that are somewhere.

    The company has received $1.18 per share from the underwriters.

    But who ended up with the 20,000,000 shares and what did they pay?

    the answer to these 2 questions will, in my opinion. determine the share price in the medium to short term.

    I like this story long term but obviously some selling is coming from somewhere.
