ICBC Capital Pty Ltd (previously Komodo Capital Pty Ltd), a company
which P.Landau is a director and shareholder holds 397,889 Shares. Doull Holdings Pty Ltd, a company controlled by P.Landau holds 10,000 Shares. This figure includes both these holdings.
The first 160,000,000 Shortfall Shares (to the value of $1,600,000) are sub-underwritten by Doull Holdings Pty Ltd (or its nominee), a company related to
Peter Landau (who is a Director).
The Sub-Underwriter
will not receive a fee in consideration for its subunderwriting commitment from the Company.
