Microsoft deal with IBM is however not an exclusive deals because Microsoft is wary of depending on one vendor for earning and forgo bigger earning but retain the right to sell their software to whoever want their product.
Serko has been making deal all a long that are not exclusive to any partners or vendor, they are free to sell to anyone they want.
