    Hi folks I hope Engin treats u better than what it has me, notifed them to disconnect my account and they couldn't even do that.


    What I sent them today -

    This is a copy of my request to cancel my account, this is the worst company I
    have ever had to deal with in my life.

    Cancel now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    And your crap service has not changed, 13 minutes to get through to an operator.

    I want all my money back, as you never provided a service,
    It is not much, but it is the prinicpal of the matter.

    If not, I am taking it up with consumer affairs
