    It's difficult to understand what your point is.

    First, any company working on a small gross margin like SSM that continuously pulls out a positive net margin cannot be as disorganized as you make out. Pulling out a profit on a thin gross margin requires extremely tight and good financial management.

    The rest of your remarks are too unfocused, and maybe you could follow up with much more specific examples.

    You say that SSM gets more work than they can handle, but as long as they are paid for that and make a profit from it, why is that a problem and not an opportunity?

    You say they have too many upset customers and make too many mistakes. Yet if that is true why did Origin just hand them a $300M future-value contract? It seems odd that you would hand a very large piece of business that is multi-year to someone who is upsetting your customers and making too many mistakes.

    Do we have any proof that any firm would do better? Maybe it's just the nature of a complex solar installation that there are always issues to be resolved?
