Yes I've booked every international trip since 1999 with them and sometimes I travel 3 times a year.
Once you book with them you get a person you can email, now I just email them and ask them about the holiday I want, they then make an itinerary and email it back to me.
I've tried the same internary with FLT and HWT, but it always works out so much more expensive.
I think their full service is really great.
My hope is that they will open up a few shops as well eg in Melbourne and Sydney to compliment their online business, just like DODO and Ezydvd have. I think we could see that happen in the longer term.
Anyway, at this market cap you could easily see a four bagger occur if they start to make profits. WEB's market cap is much higher. TVL has its Arnold Tech, and Arnold Tech would not have bought into TVL if they thought that the company was not worth it...
