I agree in what you say. I cant make any sense of how or why or even what they're doing.

Like you I am also a beginner at this but I hold a few stocks. One thing that does stand out for me is in micro/small caps it doesn't matter what the company does or how they do it but purely on the strength of the register & whoever is backing/running the show. Using the later I think this will do well but it doesn't ooze sex appeal or sound fundamentals like CR8, DTZ, etc etc etc.

Then again knowing what Otsana has done lately could this just be a fin tech shell for future acquisitions? It almost seems like there is a bigger picture. Even the website looks like a high school term 2 IT project.
