I guess the trouble with SES is they could only sign an off-take deal mid-decade as per their letter to shareholders 15/3/22.
They are only a fledgling company themselves, they don't have the capital to invest in SRL as an equity partner. So they can't get us to production.
With Bob on their board they will most likely take any excess that our equity partner can't use, but they cannot help us now.
They currently have 450 million in cash that they plan to use to get them to commercialization in the next few years.
The above would all be great if we had an equity partner and we were starting construction, but it's of zero value to us if we can't complete the equity step.
