Does not matter if there is a road block. Infact I feel we need a million or so on each line (not a big wall like 5 million)so that the accumulator (institution) can accumulate.
With good feed stock the SP can touch 30 or 40 cents today if the accumulator is keen. Without feed stock this may not happen.
