1. AVQ very little Nickel
2. There is no compensation due to AVQ
3. SMM will win the court case
4. The market is crazy and has overvalued AVQ
5. Even if we win, AVQ will never get the money to mine
Jazz, have I left anything out ???

The only down side I can see is the possibility of the Judge needing an extension to conclude the case and to finalise the compensation owed to us. Then we will need another capital raising. On the positive side, the Financial Review mentioned compensation at over $100 mil.
But I bet Jazz knows more than the FR.
