Look back at both charts (Xst & Sgc) following their announcement for the .0025 & .035 placements, both companies were sold down then ran +100%. The sell down was SI offloading to fund the raise.

IMO news in very close..... if it takes one last raise to lock in a spud date, then bring it on. Don’t be spooked by the trading, you will kick yourself if you depart now.

All of the above is 100% IMO, GLTAHs (XST & SGC)
