Sorry,I donot wanna put any negative comments here.

But since requested, I just list my concerns:

1, Depth--the coal seam thickness >1 meter, always below 200m underground, some below 400m+, looks no good.

2, Coal quality figure is doubtable.

VM 41-42%, no good but acceptable, but coal price discount applies for sure

Fixed carbon only 40%

Should be tipital Sub-bituminous coal, I nearly cannot believe such low FC can produce 6-7000Kcarl coal.

However , just my personal, non-professional views.
