    AXM will not be paying a dividend in 2009 and this has pissed off major shareholders. They are wanting to exit and so they have build the sell side to show how pissed off they are. what else would explain the ridiculous volume of shares pressing on 0.2. I mean, if you want to sell what is the point of building the sell side so heavily - only explanation is that someone who has a lot of shares wants to buy more at .19.
