They got the price down to 10.5 last Friday so that Oceanic could sell some at that level for some reason. The 3 million (I think it was 2 orders) buy order was placed and filled by Oceanic within 1 minute.
Options have started attracting some new interest and placement at 12 still to go through.
With only a small number of shares on issue, this could crack 20 with a good announcement.
