    The t/o offer for WTR has a predictable outcome: a fairly low ball offer that was rejected by WTR's board. WTR's price will now settle back from whence it came, 1.6c, from a high of 6c.

    The expanded company might have been able to achieve good things, but now both will blow into obscurity.
