Kalahari Minerals is rumoured to be set to agree a takeover by China Guangdong Nuclear Power priced at approximately GBP 2.60 (EUR 3.02) per share, The Times reported. The market report noted unattributed speculation that the UK-listed uranium miner will be sold at that price following current takeover negotiations with the Chinese group.
