If the KAH board are prepared to recommend such an offer, inclusive of all of their personal shares as was the case before the Fukishima quake, then someone is in their back pockets IMO

If the Hathor bid were a direct measure (and I am not asserting that it is exactly the same as Hathor is higher grade, but technically different), the EXT is worth at least $17/share.

At 260p per share for KAH; we get about $9.53 for EXT.

If what is being speculated here is true, I would be most surprised if the bid is supported with the KAH board member's personal shares this time around.
