Let them agree! KAH director's shares were the only holdings in KAH from memory, that are subject to board acceptance of the CGNPC offer, and they hold a minority! Anything is possible at the moment, but if I were MH and I wanted to start a bidding contest under these circumstances I can't think of a better way to do it. I can't for the life of me see any long term shareholder in either KAH or EXT selling prior to the ML. It would be madness. At this (purported) offer price, we are absurdly cheap and I can't see any of the U-majors leting the Chinese get this at %50 discount.
This latest play by the Chinese explains the move up in the KAH share price over the last 2 days. Its close people!
